Duties and Responsibilities of Landscape Architect • Communicating and consulting with relevant parties such as clients, other professionals, and etc. regarding the design styles, construction, costs, and etc. • Collecting advice from clients and management to determine the type, style, size, and alterations and adjustment of planned and existing buildings and projects • Preparing specifications and contract related documents for use by relevant parties such as builders and tenders • Preparing detailed documents such as digital 3D models, sketches and drawings, installation art, and etc.; integrating different elements in designs such as structural, mechanical, aesthetic, and etc. • Preparing detailed documents including sketches and drawings, plans and reports, and etc. with factors such as access, landform, structure, style, vegetation, and etc.
• Preparing and providing information about design styles, materials, and estimated construction period and costs • Visiting the construction sites to check the progress and inspect the construction works to ensure that the project progresses are in line with the plans and the processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards • Visiting and investigating the site, analysing land structures, conditions, characteristics, and etc. as well as the surrounding environment and community data and information to prepare land use plans and environmental impact reports and propose corresponding land use and design suggestions
