The salary offered is $130,000 per annum plus super. The Software Engineer will be required to have the following skills which will also be the tasks of the role: • Strong engineering mindset in design, implementation and troubleshooting. We don't hire software developers who build software without fully understanding its underlying fundamentals. • Professional experience with at least two of these languages Clojure, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Go • Professional experience with either RUST, C or C • Built large microservices applications and fully understand the interworking and intricacies between services • Built large databases with persistent and stateful data or storage based applications involving distributed, redundancy and recovery designs • Expert professional experience in analytics systems such as Prometheus, Trino, Timescale, Druid, Kafka, Clickhouse. Familiar with its innerworkings. • Worked extensively with Git • Worked extensively with CI and CD systems and processes The candidate should have a relevant Bachelors qualification as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
