Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead, train, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory (FIFO principles) Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health & safety Rostering, staff performance management, and team development Requirements Proven experience as a Retail Manager / Restaurant Manager in hospitality Hands-on kitchen experience (pizza or fast-paced food environment preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Good understanding of food safety standards and procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
