We are a growing company specializing in the construction, manufacturing, and HVAC industries. We are currently seeking a creative and highly proactive Marketing and Communications Coordinator to oversee our brand promotion, project photography, and content management, using professional visual content to showcase our product quality, craftsmanship, and corporate culture.
Job Responsibilities
* Plan and execute brand promotion strategies and produce content.
* Travel to construction sites, factories, and project locations weekly according to the project schedule to capture photos and video footage.
* Independently complete video editing, image processing, and short-form video production.
* Manage and maintain the company’s various social media platforms and develop content publishing schedules.
* Communicate with project teams, installation teams, and management to identify valuable promotional content.
* Consistently produce high-quality content that reflects our corporate culture, craftsmanship, and professional image.
* Monitor local Australian market trends and develop promotional strategies tailored to local audiences, not limited to Chinese-language platforms such as Xiaohongshu.
Qualifications
* Hold a valid Australian driver’s license and own a vehicle to independently travel to various project sites.
* Proficient in using video editing software.
* Possess strong photography and videography skills, as well as a keen sense of aesthetics.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of brand image, visual composition, and color coordination.
* Be proactive, highly organized, a strong communicator, and possess excellent time management skills.
* Be able to independently plan, shoot, edit, and finalize content—not merely execute shoots.
* Be familiar with the operations of major Australian platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business.
* Experience in marketing for architecture, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial brands is preferred.
