A little more detail on the opportunity: Work together with the People Communications team to deliver functional design across all our internal activity, enabling complex information to be easily read and understood. Think creatively to create fun and engaging collateral that supports us bringing our purpose, vision and values to life for our people in new and different ways. Play a key role in the development of presentation packs (PowerPoint) that help to connect our people to our purpose and our strategy. Support the re-design of key sections of our intranet and people systems to improve the user experience and improve visual clarity. Lead the creation of infographics that help to tell icare's story to its people and demonstrate their impact on the community. Your story so far: Proven experience in delivering a range of information design, or UX design along with strong graphic design skills, with an emphasis on simplicity and clarity. Advanced skills PowerPoint as a design and communication tool is highly regarded Demonstrated experience working with suppliers to manage execution and delivery of physical collateral.
