My client is looking for a Senior Civil Design Engineer to work alongside the structural engineering team due to growth in their business. You will work collaboratively with their clients, engineers and drafters to provide high quality civil design, documentation and advice. This consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is well organised, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Key responsibilities of this role will involve assisting and supporting the company in: Managing the client relationship Delivering the full civil design process in collaboration with the client Delivery of key design stages (concept, design development, detailed design and documentation) Overseeing the civil design process for individual projects Preparing complete and accurate computations of civil elements Performing site inspections and issuing site instructions Managing time and budget performance Managing variations.
