Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Key Responsibilities: • Complete requirements gathering and guide customer based on product knowledge. • Complete software product configuration definition and customisation specifications. • Configure and customise the product software. • Complete unit testing on all customisations. • Assist with system, integration and user acceptance testing. • Execute troubleshooting and the bug identification process. • Develop user and technical documentation. • Gain competency in development tools. Skills you need to be successful in the role: • A relevant University qualification in ICT or a related field (highly desirable). • Minimum of 2 years experience in Dynamic CRM • Complete tasks with minimal to no supervision. • Good communication skills. • Sound level of analytical and problem solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Commitment to continuous improvement.
