About you
You’ll need to be confident in the basics; reading drawings, doing scopes of works, letting packages and document control.
As a project coordinator, you’ll not just be doing CA work. You’ll be across design development, preconstruction, coordinating sites and supporting the PM. You need to be fine with having all of that on your plate.
The role is ideal for you if you have completed your degree, have at least a year of experience with a builder and you want to work on new build commercial/industrial projects.
You don’t need to be the finished article at all. You’ll get training, support and advice every day, you just need to bring the work ethic and attitude that you want to be the best you can.
