Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

The role will involve conducting forensic investigations to provide and maintain accurate cost estimates and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. In order to be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise: • Quantity Surveyor, Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering Degree; or Degree(s) or tertiary qualification(s) relevant to the services provided by TBH. • Analysing, preparing and implementing construction staging plans • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. • Preparing pre-construction management plan reports • Preparing building construction methodology reports • Preparing complex construction programmes • Reviewing tenderer submissions for large construction projects • Monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, measuring, estimating and negotiating variations to designs • Experience with delay claims and quantum claims analysis • Primavera P6 and or MS Project • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent communication skills including report writing
