This is a great opportunity for you to join the IT Service Management team. The team is accountable for the overall strategy and delivery of the IT Service Management frameworks and supporting Standards, which are in the process of being significantly uplifted as part of a large transformation program. As part of the team, reporting to the ITSM Practise Lead, you will utilise your ITSM process background, organisational skills, and stakeholder engagement expertise to help our customers on their journey to align with these new Standards. You will also work on key initiatives to continuously improve our ITSM processes and supporting data. Key responsibilities include: Drive targeted improvement work to address issues with ITSM process and data Monitor compliance with the ITSM Standards and provide insight and commentary to our Technology Leadership Team through our established reporting framework Help to drive awareness and compliance to the Standard requirements through consultation with our technology customers Maintain supporting documentation and guidance for the Standards Help to drive ongoing improvements to an industry standard change framework Provide operational support for change across the enterprise Help drive automation within the ITSM toolsets
