Your Responsibilities: Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. IT Vendor management. Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation. Designing Training Programs and workshops for staff. Conducting regular system audits. Providing regular reporting to senior staff. Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages. Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget. Own the IT strategy, ensure alignment with its business goals and effectively communicate it to the broader business across the organisation. Identifying opportunities for training and skills advancement. Oversee the development of quality assurance, information security and data protection systems and processes. Display transparency and inspire confidence in the organisation's decision making. Your Skills & Experience Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) and/or SharePoint. Proven experience as an ITM or similar leadership role. Knowledge of the latest technology trends. Understanding of budgets and organisational planning. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. Excellent communication skills. Leadership and organisational capabilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving attitude.
