The key responsibilities of the role include:
Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues
Provide excellent customer service
Monitoring and maintaining on-site computer systems and networks
Purchase, set up, customisation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Assist with installation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of hardware and software
Manage users and permissions in Active Directory, G-suite, GCP, Azure, Terminal Services, etc.
Responsible for the management and readiness of network systems and document the infrastructure
Create procedures and new documentation for technical and end-users
Performing remote trouble shooting
To be considered for this position you will:
Bachelor’s degree in computer-related area, or equivalent
Full working rights
Proven experience as an IT Technician
Previous exposure to CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Strong knowledge of different software and hardware functions
Strong diagnostic skills and an analytical approach
Up-to-date knowledge of computer trends and advances
Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
