What you’ll do
Provide support for Windows Server infrastructure including planning, installation, configuration, testing, patching, troubleshooting and problem resolution
Monitor, support and install Mitre10’s network infrastructure. LAN/WAN
Monitor and configure security systems (antivirus, proxy servers and firewalls) in adherence to Mitre10 security policy.
Contribute to Disaster recovery planning. Ensure DR infrastructure is installed, configured and documented in accordance with Mitre10 DR Strategy. Participate in periodic DR tests.
Able to work with software vendors to maintain accurate licensing information and adherence and able to identify and escalate potential infrastructure issues to IT Operations Team Leader in a timely fashion.

Proven track record delivering a high level of availability and Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with willingness to work outside core support hours when required and participate in on-call roster for afterhours support.
Subject Matter expertise in following areas:
Windows server and Active Directory services.
Experience in Azure infrastructure design and management
Windows RDS environment design and implementation.
Office 365 environment
VMWare ESXi including high availability and SRM
Desirable Skills
Some experience in deploying and managing Linux based systems
Good understanding of network principles LAN/WAN/SD-Wan Technologies
Experience in managing PaloAlto Firewalls
Experience in managing and deploying HP Aruba ClearPass platform
