Responsibilities:
Manage and be accountable for finance team (includes Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
Plan and oversee the financial operations of St Basil’s including budget formulation, reporting and forecasting
Implement and maintain appropriate internal audit controls
Month end financial reporting and analysis, including month end processing, reconciliations, balance sheet and CAPEX
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations and reporting
Manage the end of financial year audit with support from the CFO
Cash flow management
Collect and analyse data for weekly and monthly reporting
Lodgement of BAS, Workcover, Superannuation, PAYG and management of the ATO Portal
Ensure compliance with Prudential standards in the management of resident accommodation payments
Partner with our IT Providers, Consultants and Business Leaders to assess data, investigate, problem solve and further develop process and reporting improvements.
