Your new role
You will be responsible for providing top level application support across the varied in house and Microsoft applications and working within the IT team. As application support analyst you will have demonstrable experience within an IT team where you worked with varied applications, including Microsoft, salesforce, and bespoke applications. You will be a critical thinker who is able to identify problems and provide solutions. In this role, you will be able to work autonomously and upskill yourself on the organisation’s bespoke applications.
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years’ experience in an Application Support role
Experience doing application support across bespoke applications
Ability to learn new applications quickly
Experience working autonomously
Experience in Microsoft, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce
Demonstrable experience in document management
Experience in CRM’S
Extensive experience doing application support for Salesforce
Ability to communicate with non-IT stakeholders and find solutions for problems
Be double vaccinated
Be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen
