Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot user issues while documenting re-creation steps
Perform manual testing for bugs, enhancements, data integration checks and regressions
Record detailed testing results and log defects in the event of a failure
Work alongside our developers and effectively communicate necessary information to reproduce bugs or defects
Creative thinker and problem solver, will be working collaboratively with other teams
The preferred skill set for the successful applicant will be:
Graduate / up to 1 year experience in IT with a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Excellent analytical skills and detailed oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in help desk or digital marketing analytics desirable but not essential
