Tasks and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of project management structure, plans, specifications, standards and implications for project accountabilities.
Interpreting, planning, coordinating and administering construction engineer activities in line with the project documentation.
Pre-Contracts knowledge in relation to design, planning and legislative requirements.
Liaising with site based personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
Assist project teams to meet scope, time and cost obligations across the design and construction process,
Overlooking variation, progress claims and other commercial and contractual matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
Proven Experience in FRP work on the projects or similar.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to create detailed programs using Microsoft project.
Experience with 2D CAD software would be advantageous.
Experience with various formwork/scaffolding/shoring systems ( Acrow/RMD/PERI) would be advantageous.
