The mission is to continually push the boundaries of what’s possible with virtual technology and Extended Reality (XR) to enhance learning, communication and engagement outcomes for our customers. We develop multi-media for multi-devices, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), 3D real time environments, film, video, web, and print.
As the Support & QA Manager , your primary focus is leading the delivery of the Quality Assurance framework for all projects / products. To do this, you will get to use all the latest gadgets and work directly with the studio’s production teams to track down and fix bugs. You will also lead the provision of software and hardware support for all products including XR, cloud platform, software and custom hardware to achieve agreed SLAs.
You will be someone who wants to work with leading technologies and hardware and also with the large players globally. RSG has been doing XR work for a long time and our customers are continually blown away with what we can do - and you likely will be too.
You will be an expert in delivering Quality Assurance frameworks and also at providing support to customers. You will have experience with Android OS, iOS, and Windows system as well as experience with Atlassian Confluence, JIRA and ServiceDesk, Version Control and experience with debugging and profiling tools as well as Mac OS, Oculus OS, VIVE OS. It goes without saying that you will also have great attention to detail and experience with leading the development of processes that document issues for improvement.
Your role is to lead the review for conformance with developed designs (concept communication, voice over, interactions, animations, graphics, modelling etc.) and to collaborate with code and content creation teams to reproduce and resolve issues using debugging and profiling tools to diagnose complex problems.
