About the role:
based at the forefront of the village at Reception, you’ll support across a variety of administrative and customer service activity, liaising with residents and external visitors, in this fulltime, 12-month fixed term contract, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
First point of contact for the Village management office, interacting with residents and greeting visitors
Answering and managing calls, enquiries, and emails
Providing a high level of customer service and attention
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the village management team including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing any reporting and filing requirements.
Assist in preparing and distributing the monthly newsletter
Supporting with any other adhoc requirements
About you:
Experience in frontline reception or in administration, open to industry background
A calm and personable team player who naturally displays excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and able to build strong trusting relationships
Friendly disposition and empathy for the elderly
Enjoy working in a team environment
Approachable and flexible
Strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Sufficient skills in Microsoft suite including Excel preferably and knowledge of SAP, but not essential
