ROLE: Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role will consist of managing the project from site. This role is a unique position that aims to progress and grow the staff into leaders of their company. The role of Junior Project Manager is a hybrid role, taking on duties of roles Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator and Project Manager roles. Ultimately, this role will provide a drip-fed pathway to transitioning into a Project Manager. REQUIREMENTS: I am looking to speak with experienced Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators who can demonstrate the following experience: - Exposure to commercial projects up to $10M - Exposure to structures and basement construction - Experience on managing commercial projects - Procurement for head contractor on commercial projects - Unlimited Australian working rights
