The primary purpose of the Junior Project Management role is to manage the design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and aftercare processes; to assist with the ongoing implementation and execution of procedural improvements as part of the Project Delivery Team and to provide essential construction support to all functions and departments.
The Junior Project Manager is to manage key client projects, successfully delivering on critical success factors and ensuring client satisfaction.
The Junior Project Manager may be required to travel both Interstate as well as Internationally from time to time, as required by the Construction Manager.
The Junior Project Manager will work directly with the Construction Manager, Project Managers, Business Development Managers and estimating team to ensure project deliverables fall within the applicable scope and associated budget.
The Junior Project Manager will coordinate with all other Ronstan International departments, as required, to ensure all aspects of each project are fully developed leveraging Ronstan International’s varied skills and services ensuring maximization of value-added to each project.
The Junior Project Manager will enhance departmental and organisational reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing their projects, exploring new opportunities, and fulfilling our clients’ needs.
