Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 8-10 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

Responsibilities • Monitor and analyse data from various technologies, to make recommendations for optimal fruit growth and quality • Ensuring each team member meets a defined minimum personal performance standard. • Continuous improvement of sustainable orchard metrics • Developing yield and quality forecasts in conjunction with the orchard manager to support highly accurate budgeting • Manage food safety and export compliance Education / Experience / Skills • Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years management of large scale citrus focused orchards • Strong understanding of horticulture from an operational perspective. • Ability to monitor and manage technical teams efficiently. • Strong entomology / IPM background • Sound plant physiology knowledge • Comprehension of plant, water and soil analysis
