ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIE
• Product design and development ensuring MDO Platform is functional and visually appealing.
• Lead ideation sessions to progress the UX/UI of the product.
• Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps and prototypes.
• Create and implement innovative user experiences
• Alongside understanding the customer, understand business drivers, define UX metrics against those drivers, measure and report on results, followed by championing UXD strategy and enhancements based on data analysis.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Work closely with the Product Management team to improve UX and refine the product roadmap
• Communicate the product’s vision, based on testing and design principles, to team members and internal stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Must have either bachelor's or equivalent degree or certification in Web Technology.
• 5 years of work experience with the product company.
• Experience in designing digital products, from web/desktop to mobile.
• Strong understanding of design thinking.
• Experience with wire-framing and prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
• Experience using Human Centred Design techniques to understand user behaviour and expectations.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong portfolio of interaction and visual design work
• Demonstrated capability in designing end-to-end UX, from discovery to polished designs
• Demonstrated capability in creating digital user experience strategies
• Ability to work independently in a small team with broad responsibilities
• Strong people skills and the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Angular, javascript, jQuery, and CSS.
