Duties and Responsibilities
Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
Coordinate, update, and analyse monthly reports
Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
Create a safe working environment for the team and customers
Support and contribute a cooperative organisational culture
Assist with customer service queries
Ensure Breadtop policies and procedures are followed
Roster your team in line with store’s trading profile
Skills Required
AQF Diploma qualification or above in hospitality, business or management is required.
Minimum 1-year retail management experience is required; 3-years retail management experience is required if you don’t have relevant AQF Diploma qualification.
Particular experience with Asian buns, cakes, biscuits, and pastry goods is highly preferred.
Experience in developing and coaching a team is highly desired.
Strong communication skills and time management skills
Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Passionate about pastry and the baking industry
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Strong understanding of food safety standards
