About you:
Previous administrative and data entry experience
Advanced level of MS Word and MS Outlook
At least basic level MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A quick learner with high attention to detail
A strong team player with a great work ethic, high energy and passion
Previous exposure to CRM (Salesforce or similar) is preferred
Previous work experience or knowledge in the Community Sector would be an advantage
The successful applicant will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and have a current satisfactory (or willing to undergo) Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Proof of Identity Check and International Police Check (if required).
This is a part time position with 25 to 30 hours a week, working 5 days a week during business hours.
WHAT
As an Administration Officer, your key duties include:
Provide reception duties and manage enquiries from staff and clients
Order stationary and other consumables
Provide word-processing and develop forms
Manage room bookings
Manage mail
Assist with data entry to CRM and Service Agreement development
Updating basic website contents
Assist with staff onboarding process
Coordinate and assist with planning events
