About the role The position is a general office administration and data entry role with a focus on invoice management and processing, receiving and filtering phone calls, emails and attending to invoicing queries when required. You will be responsible for the processing of large numbers of invoices both accurately and efficiently. Accurate data entry skills as well as attention to detail is critical, with such qualities being core requirements of the role. Skills & Experience Managing flow of inbound and outbound emails. Exposure to payroll systems and able to learn new systems as required. Have a strong understanding of clerical duties. Previous experience in transport and logistics is an advantage, but not essential, as training will be provided for the right person.
