You must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years previous experience as an ICT Business Analyst is must. In this role your main responsibilities include: • Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices • Gather business requirements from clients • Support the development and implementation of solutions to meet business requirements • Align operations capability to meet and exceed set SOW operational expectations and deliverable in a cost-efficient manner • Work with relevant stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and interactions (process touch-points) • Bring new ideas to encourage business and improve efficiency and reduce cost for customers and pass on benefits to customer • Profit and Loss Management – Accountable for operational results in terms of engagement and department performance standards/ metrics and budget/expense • Effectively resolve complexities that may arise due to multi-functional (Quality, Training & Operations) team interactions • Resource Management -ensure effective resource allocation and utilization • Communicate business changes in appropriate terms to IT/business teams and gain their agreement on the process redesign • Define roles, responsibilities, service tiers, documenting process flows • Manage productive stakeholder relationships and associated risks • Develop an agreed work plan of key performance indicators and outcomes • Deploy functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
Candidate The successful candidate will be a motivated ICT Business Analyst with minimum 3 years’ experience. You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes: • Excellent understanding of business process • Strong documentation skills • Superior interpersonal and team management skills • Practical knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques • Programming Language: MySQL, Mainframe, Cobol, JCL, DB2, C#, VSAM • Business Intelligence: Tableau, IBM Watson Analytics, Toad for Business Analytics, Orange • Enterprise system: Bizagi Modular, SAGE, XTruple • Other Tools: Jeera, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office
