• Deep understanding of overall business strategy, processes, services, ICT roadmap, and the context in which the business operates and thereby help to formulate and document business requirements. • Lead and facilitate discussions with all stakeholders to identify requirements and inefficiencies/improvement areas, investigate and analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices. • Lead and conduct Due Diligence workshops to identify the gaps and the key business operations' areas eligible for consolidation, standardisation, and optimisation. • Perform quantitative (data mining, financial models) and qualitative analysis (market research, business intelligence) to drive customer strategy and proposed solutions. • Lead and manage the team of business consultants and analysts who assist in developing the objectives, strategies, and plan. • Responsible to conduct market research on the industry growth vis a vis customer’s growth against critical parameters like consumer growth, up-sales, and CSI. • Design the to-be process with best practices recommendation of processes / workflows / job-functions re-definitions in accordance with the transformational objectives and end user operational efficiency. • Build business case for senior management approvals with concise milestone-based investment and ROI. • Support in identifying and negotiating schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives. • Effectively prepare business proposals and presentations by conducting focus groups and facilitating workshops • Utilise standards and assessment methodologies to do a deep dive of current process and ways of working and recommend futuristic and efficient ways of working that may involve altering current workflows, redefining job functions, and introducing new technological options. • Work closely and lead discussions with key product vendors to understand and brainstorm new solution options and offerings that can be taken up with customers • Create high level project schedules using project management methodologies, principles and techniques and develop project plans and specifications, estimating time, cost and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle. • Review & qualify business cases and project estimations and provide feedback and guidance to ensure successful outcomes. • Drive continuous learning & training via cross-skilling & up-skilling of the ICT personnel in the organization to align transformation goals and future roadmap. • Own & drive Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure the best of breed/best in class solution and approach are determined and executed. • Serve as a liaison between Business, IT & Operations to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations. • Utilize the knowledge of software development life cycle, project management and agile methodology to conduct end to end project execution. • Conduct and participate in project scope definition and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports for use by project teams. • Act as a key single point of contact to provide guidance and direction in all decision-making process to help programme success • Set up process to create user and training documentation and thereby ensure all project and end user teams are fully trained on upcoming changes and future roadmap. Mentor and train the ICT teams in development, integration, UI/UX, Testing with domain context. • At least 15 years of work experience predominantly in Media, Publishing & Broadcast Domain with atleast 3 years of industry experience with key Australia based Media customers. • Exceptional problem-solving and well-developed strategic thinking skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads • Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and ICT systems • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal • Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations • A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the organization
