Job Description
•Full-time position - 38 hours per week
•Preparing project documentation, including scale drawings, planting design, planning applications, detailed design, and tender packages
•Providing information through research, for design standards and materials and analysing site data for use in preparation for development recommendations. Preparing construction details and sections as part of final construction documentation package.
•Collecting information and advice from clients and choosing type, style and size of planned landscape and/or alterations to existing project •Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed project features and structures
•Inspecting landscape project progress to ensure that it adheres to plans Key skills and experience •Tertiary qualification Landscape Architecture
•2 years post graduate industry experience in a broad range of landscape architecture phases andprojects
•Experience in design documentation, detailing and preparation of packages
•Experience in managing projects and meeting attendance •Competent in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D modelling (Rhino/Sketch-Up,preferred), and physical model making; •Strong hand drawing skills •Ability to collaborate as part of a team •Enthusiastic and self-motivated
•Excellent graphic design ability, production and presentation skills •Good project and time management skills with ability to meet tight timelines •High communication and professional presentation skills •Bilingual such as Mandarin/Cantonese speaking preferred
