Position Summary: • Required resource with in-depth knowledge of IT asset leasing domain and technology landscape and experience of more than 7 years. • Possess ability to motivate members and deliver superior performance by guiding the team, responding to their queries, and enabling opportunities for growth. • Excellent verbal and written skills, especially with regards to presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), involved in various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development and Testing. • Design and Coding for process automation. • Expertise in managing customer expectations and deliverables. • Experience with ServiceNow platform and Automated Test framework scripting. • Adaptability to work in Agile project model. • Detailed knowledge of JIRA tool. • Selenium tool knowledge required for automating required client modules, script maintenance & execution. • Defect triaging to ensure smooth delivery to production environments. • Provide adequate support to business teams to complete pre-production testing.
Mandatory Skills: C#, SQL, REST API, HTML, javascript, Asset Management Operations, Fund Operations, ServiceNow ATF, ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow scripting, Functional Testing, Jira, Agile, HP ALM, SoapUI, ZEPHYR.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Requirement analysis and defining test strategies for the same. • Provide detailed estimations based on customer requirements. • Impact analysis of new or enhancement developments. • Coding for project module automation to improve efficiency. • Perform thorough root cause investigation and provide detailed analysis. • Support client environment management. • Coding and build activities to automate processes using scripts. • Documentation and regular status reporting to the client. • Delivering presentations of the developed products for stakeholders. • Mentoring any new resources by providing them application and process knowledge. • Ensure quality deliverables by virtue of proper SIT, UAT and support. • Providing advice, guidance, and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as recommending software purchases and upgrades.
