POSITION SKILL CRITERIA We are seeking a candidate who possesses the skills to perform the following duties: Mixing, scaling and dividing of dough and moulding of dough ensuring correct consistency. Baking a variety of breads and pastries from scratch according to product recipe. Ensuring quality and appearance of product by adhering to relevant production schedules. Monitoring of proofer by checking if the temperature and humidity are in the correct range to ensure proving of the product is under control. Managing ovens by effective time control. Controlling oven settings as required for different products. Taking out products from the ovens and condensing them in the racks and counters for display. Applying icing on fruit and sweet products. Preparing orders (daily, weekly as necessary) and placing orders. Receiving orders, checking if the orders arrived in proper condition and meet quality standards and storing raw materials in the appropriate shelves and containers. Assisting with stock control and checking of invoices and delivery dockets. Assisting the production team with the recording and maintenance of all FSC records. Assisting with the maintenance of the production area, including daily normal cleaning of all the surfaces and equipment used during production. Ensuring compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety standards. POSITION CANDIDATE CRITERIA We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications; experience; and abilities: Minimum AQF Certificate III in Baking qualification essential. Minimum 3 years’ full-time employment relevant experience essential. Ability to work well within a team. Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively with your fellow team members. Ability to work on a full-time, unrestricted basis.
