Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Knowledge of indoor plant horticulture is looked upon favourably however previous experience working in a fast paced retail position is mandatory. Welcome and greet customers Leading the team Assisting with Rostering Ascertain customers’ needs and wants Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Manage point-of-sale processes Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store Enthusiasm and passion for horticulture Accurately describe product features and benefits Recommend and display plants that match customer needs Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Enjoy a physical work environment (some lifting required)
