Job Description: You will be working in the projects team with a focus on low latency trading systems used by the Interest Rate Derivatives trading teams. The high-level business objective is to improve automation and to scale to more exchanges. This will be achieved by converting existing grey-box strategies into fully automated black-box strategies, working on new trading strategies and providing more connectivity solutions. You will work closely with the traders to crystalize and refine requirements in conjunction with the development team. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic fast faced environment. All systems need to be fast and ultra-reliable as they run continuously. Responsibilities: Development of tools and systems which may include o Improvements to trading system architecture o Design and implementation of trading strategies and other components o Direct market access o Back-testing framework o Trading user interface (C#) o Test automation Analysis o Analysis of system latency and trading performance o Suggest and implement solutions to improve trading performance Support o Assist the traders with analysis and research o Support the traders with specification of functionality improvements o Provide ongoing support of production systems Other o Follow and apply the company values o Adhere to all relevant exchange rules, regulations and company policies o Perform other duties as assigned Essential requirements: • C 17 • Low latency development • Fluent English good communicator • Agile development team • Passion for learning Preferable requirements: • C 20 • Front office trading experience • Fully automated trading strategies • Ability to work autonomously • Python, C# • Quant analysis
