Position criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience working in childcare centre in the role of educator in which 3 years in the position of group leader are required.
• Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
• Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
• Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
• Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members. • Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
• Language skills: fluent in Chinese and ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, will be highly regarded.
• Specific knowledge and skills: Experience in utilising painting, music and art works for children will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent or higher
• Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification
• Working with Children Check
