Key Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance, repair and upkeep of pack line equipment
Complete packhouse line checks and fix problems as they arise and document
Prioritise maintenance tasks considering impacts on production and demand in consultation with packing leads
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
Role Requirements:
Understanding of a packing line operation, running repairs and maintenance and knowledge of supporting systems
Experience in daily packhouse operations, acting with urgency to resolve unplanned downtime or fruit damaging issues
Experience on electronic fruit grading equipment (MAF Roda) will be advantageous
Ability to quickly problem solve and troubleshoot issues
Exceptional organizational skills as we operate in a busy seasonal environment
Excellent communication at all levels and across a diverse workforce
Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices
