Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day admin and project-related operational tasks
Establish and maintain stakeholder and supplier relationships
Assist to identify and project manage contract risks
Project manage the tendering processes, ensuring that tenders are carried out in accordance with company procedures
Maintain the project Schedules for each project
Project manage the project from start to completion which includes but not limited to liaising with:
Architects
Engineers
Surveyors
Statutory authorities
Legal processes with development
Constructors
Skills and Experience
Qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management
Proven project management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
A degree of construction acumen as well as an understanding of OH&S requirements
Strong attention to detail
Results-driven
Have a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and are a great team player.
