An opportunity has arisen for an experienced ICT Business Development Manager to work on a full-time basis, who can drive business growth by analysing business processes, procedures and environments. The role will also be responsible for generating new business through traditional and new channels.
This role will require the successful applicant to: • Drive and develop strong relationships with clients • Negotiate with stakeholders • Identify growth opportunities • Work with existing customers to broaden sales opportunities and scope with specific products (Scannervision, Papercut, Filebound) • Be the subject matter expert on key products indicated • Assist with design of functional test or demo environments. • Be the central contact for clients regarding information, implementation, process discussion, training, project and change management. • Analyse available data to help improve sales performance • Write business proposals and scope of work documentation
The successful applicant will have: • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline and/or • 5 years relevant industry experience • 5 years business systems experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present strategy and results • Knowledge of technical or relevant software • Sound understanding of software applications generally • Strong solution sales experience with Ricoh, Scannervision, Papercut, Filebound • Previous Software experience
