Job Description: Design, Installation, configuration and maintain IT network and Operating systems of all sizes.
Duties: • Installation and configurations of IT Networks including site survey for IT cabling requirements. • Installation and configurations Operating Systems and Software, Including Servers, Workstation, and LAN/WAN • SD-WAN configuration and troubleshooting. • Coordinated with Client for requirements related to domain controller, preparation of LAN network, configuration of router and Switches and VLAN • Troubleshooting and Maintenance supports including backups, updates and preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions • Coordinating with team lead for necessary procures and requirements. • Coordinating with overseas clients for IT requirements. • Overseas Visit as required for site survey and necessary supports.
• Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements • Researching, analysing, evaluating, and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance • Monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity, and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance • Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations
Qualification: • Degree in IT or Higher. • Experience in CISCO and Microsoft Environment.
Skills and Ability: • Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised. • Ability to work with flexible working hours (occasionally after office hours) • Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills. • Strong Understanding on new technologies. • Highly developed communication and consultative skill and will be able to work collaboratively with other staffs across functions of the business • Have strong customer service skills • Upholds professionalism
