The role will report into the Regional IT Manager and GM Australia working to find the best solutions possible for the business in Australia. Key responsibilities will include: • Working with the regional IT team on all software and best practice requirements, with a particular focus on Australia • Working with all relevant users to plan for the current and future needs of the business, including identifying and analysing relevant business procedures, recommending best practice and implementing where approved • Data and IT project management including process, budget and overall management of projects as required • Responsibility for implementing solutions, ensuring quality and integrity of the system and that the solutions meet the business needs now and into the future • Training of staff as required on software and new procedures particularly in BI • Creating clear specifications for the design and development of systems and software • Be the central information resource in relation to processes and best practices for the Australian team, providing guidance and assistance as required
You will have an IT / Business related degree, with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You will also require strong knowledge in logistics and supply chain and have the following software knowledge: • Advanced use of Microsoft software – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook • Basic O365 Administration, Active Directory Administration • BI Software – Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS report builder • Basic SAP Knowledge – SD, MM Modules, WM Modules • Programming Language – SQL, Dax • Basic knowledge on Computer Hardware/Network/Cloud/Virtual
