The Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Civil Engineer. The role’s key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Performing work in the planning, scheduling, survey, design construction, inspection, and maintenance of a variety of townhouse & luxury home projects. • Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules • Determining construction methods, materials and quality standards • Directing site labour and organising materials delivery and storing • Providing technical advice on a construction site for subcontractors and craftspeople • Preparing project cost estimates based on the study of architectural and engineering drawing and specifications • Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site • Liaising with architects, subcontractors, consultants, co-workers and clients to deliver quality results.
Requirement
• Degree in Civil Engineering • Proficient computer skills, including software knowledge required for the role • Excellent communication, report writing and time management skills • Strong management and organisational abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • The ability to multitask
