Key responsibilities: • Drive solution architecture across multiple ERP & CRM platforms • Analyse, shape, architect and estimate solutions for transformation programmes. Have the capacity to assess and synthesise complex business requests. • Have strong prospect/client facing capabilities, to deliver compelling and confident presentations, attend internal/external events. • Develop strong customer relationship and manage key partners • Take the leading role in the design and implementation phases of the digital transformation programmes. • Participate in project management activities (status reporting, planning, budgeting, change request management) • Build and maintain a high performing team of business analysts. Coach new team members to develop in depth understanding of products, systems and processes
Qualification and Experience
• Min 10 years Experience • Be passionate for advising on how to architect application landscapes and have a depth of consulting and functional experience across multiple applications (ERP, e-commerce, order management, Warehouse management systems, Transportation management systems, Finance applications) • Have the evidence of presale experience, and have demonstrated abilities to shape and structure proposals (in response to RFPs) • strong interpersonal and presentation skills • effective communicator, with proven experience in presenting in front of senior stakeholders, both on the business and IT departments, including c- level management • Knowledge of application and main industry software editors (Microsoft, SAP, MyCRM, Magento, Sage, APIs…) roadmaps in order to be in a position to architect solutions.
