Do you have an insatiable desire of becoming successful?
Do you dream of opening your own successful architectural practice?
Have you buried your dream and have now settled for a job?
If so this golden opportunity may be for you.
Let’s face it, running a successful architectural practice is tough. In fact most start-up architectural businesses fail in the first five years and those who survive do not turn a reasonable profit for the first eight. The reason being is that not only does one need to know everything about the profession, design, myriad of planning, building & services regulations, engineering, sustainability but also about getting the right clients, negotiating, accounting, advertising, accounting practices, computer software & hardware, taxation, insurance, contract and building law and so much more.
If that were not enough one also needs to find the right consultants with the same values, work ethics and cost structures and to develop systems and protocols that assist in ensuring quality control within the minimum of time. Let us not forget in order to service your clients in a timely manner, you also need to know how to attract and keep the right staff. It is little wonder that many people bury their dream and settle for a job.
The Once in a Lifetime Opportunity:

You will need to have:
an insatiable desire of building your own successful architectural practice
a whatever it takes and never give up attitude
excellent communication skills,
a demand for accuracy and getting the job done right, first time
a hunger to invest whatever time is necessary to learn ALL unknown regulations pertaining to small residential developments.
