We are seeking to employ an experienced personal assistant to join our business.
Duties to be performed: - Liaise with staff and suppliers to arrange meetings - Organise the housekeeping and cleaning of cabins, on-site accommodation, amenity blocks and other facilities - Process incoming and outgoing mail - Answering telephone calls and emails, responding to inquiries - Take guest bookings, reservations, and payments - Calculate guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment - Prepare and file housekeeping/maintenance reports - May handle bookkeeping and petty cash functions - Meet, greet, and farewell guests - May support maintaining grounds, gardens, and sites of the park - Organise/Conduct maintenance tasks such as painting and minor repairs - May supervise other clerical and secretarial staff - Provide guests with information on local tourist attractions and facilities - Assist management in marketing and public relations tasks
