We are looking for a passionate person with proven customer service experience to join our online retail team. You'll receive above award pay rates, a generous discount on our products and be supported as you grow your retail career. What does a normal day in the life of a Customer Service Representative look like? What You'll Be Doing: Interacting with our customers via phone and email. You'll be called upon to answer a range of requests, from delivery enquiries, refunds all the way through to questions about specific products. Work alongside our Buying and Product teams as well as our suppliers to formulate ideal outcomes for both parties. Completing customer concerns/requests at a minimum of 50 solves per day Opening and resolving disputes within the appropriate time frame and within Australian Consumer Law Provide a first-class experience to all KG customers Maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity of data and compliance Key Duties: Being the first point of contact for customer sales Handling online and telephone customer inquiries Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Liaise with other members of the online team to resolve customer issues General administrative tasks as required You must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment The successful candidate will have: Previous Customer Service experience in retail or sales An ability to learn multiple systems quickly (training will be provided) High attention to detail Excellent telephone manner Advanced Computer Skills Strong organisational skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills
