Job description:
Efficient and proactive diary management; working directly with the EM to support all aspects of their daily work routine, and exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Provide general administrative support for the EM, including coordinate travel arrangements, reviewing and allocating corporate expenses, managing supplier purchase orders and invoices etc.
Event Management and wider team administrative support when needed.
Effectively manage key internal and external stakeholders with exemplary corporate etiquette, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
Skills & Experience
A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry (insurance industry a plus)
Exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritise and make decisions
Comfortable interacting with senior executives and external regulators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
