The Role
Working as part of our practice wide administrative team, this role is as junior administration assistant. As a successful candidate you will receive training and mentoring from a range of professionals to help you learn and grow.
You will be involved in an interesting range of work including word processing and database maintenance, filing, client correspondence and collations. You will also learn to support and provide reception back up and take the lead in keeping our office running smoothly.
Database management, updating details and processing requests
Assist with monitoring workflow and communicating with the team
Support with end of month processes
Attending to mail, compiling documents and reports, photo copying, storing and retrieving information, bulk mailouts, postage / courier, supporting reception
Supporting with the overall tidiness of the office (including kitchen)
Other duties as required
