PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Responsible to develop, integrate, transform applications and data systems using C#, .NET, JSON, javascript, HTML, Restful web services, Microsoft Azure and ASP.NET RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Understanding the technical and functional requirements and designing software applications and data systems • Writing program code to meet application requirements and design. Building, maintaining, and modifying the code for software applications • Research design and implemented a scalable application for information identification, extraction, analysis retrieval and indexing. • Implement new solutions as specified and maintain the legacy code • Providing expert advice in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financials evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades • Maintain documentation and release notes of the implements functionality • Onsite and remote programming and support • Develop and code programs using C#, javascript and HTML, Restful web services, Microsoft Azure and ASP.NET, JSON, write and maintain programming code to meet the needs of system requirements, system design and technical specification in accordance with the company approved quality standards. • Building and maintaining secure and compliant data processing pipelines by using different tools and techniques • Design, development, verification and/or release of large-scale software systems • Design, implement, monitor, and optimize Microsoft Azure data platforms to ensure that data pipelines and data stores are high performing, efficient, organized, and reliable, given a specific set of business requirements and constraints. • System documentation and training for all relevant staff • Contribute to IT policy formulation through research and analysis and drafting recommendations • Provided testing documentation, developing unit test and ensuring th passing of test based on project milestone • Modified existing programmes as per the growing demands and needs in accordance with company rules, along with notations for future reference, should complexeties arise. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A minimum Bachelor degree or higher with 2 years mandatory full-time relevant experience. Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry. At least five years of relevant experience will be considered suitable for this position, Microsoft Developer and Azure Data certifications will be considered highly favourable.
