Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and grow strong customer relationships
- Mentor, manage and lead a diverse sales team
- Develop, drive and support the business’s strategic plan
- Develop, manage, co-ordinate sales budgets, sales efforts, marketing
programs and promotions
The successful candidate would have the following attributes;
- Strong sales, account management, customer service and marketing skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and people management skills
- Use initiative, creativity and flexibility to meet customer needs
- Be self-motivated, well organised, and work well to deadlines
- Truck and trailer sales experience will be highly regarded
- Mechanical and automotive electrical trade experience will also be highly regarded
