DUTIES INCLUDE Manage the customer service process including the timely action on sales enquiries, quotations, tenders and complaints, the continuous improvement of processes, development of after service business opportunities and improvement of productivity. Ensure the improvement of Ezi-Roll Doors Australia sales through attraction of new customers, retention of current customers, cold calling potential customers, up-selling and providing sales and product knowledge training to employees. Maintain existing account customer terms of trade and pricing in an up-to-date manner in accordance with company policy. Undertake site inspections and product evaluations as required and ad hoc site deliveries. SKILLS & EDUCATION Experience in a sales or account manager position Ability to lead and work as an individual and in a team High level of written, oral and interpersonal skills Solid computer skills (proficient in the usage of Microsoft office products)
