Roles and Responsibilities: Documentation of business requirements for assigned project/s. Assist testing group to prepare appropriate test cases. Review testing plans to ensure all requirements have been delivered and tested. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers throughout the organisation. Document the results of analysis activities using the appropriate tools and techniques Produce documentation in accordance with prevailing client standards and methodologies. An ability to consult and liaise at many levels within the organisation Identify and communicate areas of potential business risk Working knowledge of Guidewire, any module (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter) highly desirable Insurance domain knowledge, specifically workers’ compensation or NSW/QLD CTP, claims processing, policy administration, billing process Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Be motivated and enthusiastic, able to work as part of a larger team and able to adapt quickly to demanding environments. Ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organisation Strong analytical skills – particularly in relation to business and technology processes A capacity for creative thinking – providing initiative and innovation.
